Atau Hámos
Atau Hámos is an artist from Berlin. His works have been exhibited in Tokyo, London, Taipei and Beijing, among other places. In his first solo exhibition, Homegrown, the artist explores the question of his origins and identity.
ARTISTIC APPROACH
Homegrown
Atau’s style is strongly influenced by the urban aesthetics of Berlin: unconventional, visually overloaded and constantly changing. His artistic approach was shaped early on by the permanent dialogue with his parents, who are established media artists.
In addition to the exhibited artworks, Atau Hámos presents a spatial installation that transfers his artistic language into the gallery space.
